You know who could be a good hire?

Jeremy Bates from the Broncos.

Jimmy Johnson is not coming back. EVER.

Brian Billick would be my choice.

Reach out does not equal coming back.

I brought him up for OC this past offseason. He used to work with Hermie in New York.

Well, what the hell does it mean then?

Just give me a guy who understands the importance of having a balanced team.

Someone who can identify talent in both the Draft and Free Agency.

A Coach who is willing to delegate responsibility to his Coordinators and position coaches and not tamper.

Whoever that guy is.

I completely agree. He doesn't have much experience but, I like his play-calling.

It means he's trying to lure him back. It doesn't mean he's going to come back.

It could really piss off Garrett that he leaves though.

Zorn had no experience, but has the Redskins playing well.

The key getting someone like Bates is grabbing an experienced and successful DC to run the defense.

Oh, gotcha.

I still think Jim Schwartz would be our best choice. Young guy, been a cordinator for a while has developed young talent through a rebuild before.

Mr. Arrowhead 10-20-2008 11:46 AM

ok you guys have convinced me, schwartz has moved on the top of my list
