People here have done more research than the KC media...

Keitzman and others were babbling on and on about Heckert, and he just signed a 3 year contract extension earlier this year. Plus, it would be a lateral move for him.

People just throw names out without doing the work first.

If you want an to look at a good organization, and someone in that organization that may be well worth a hire look no further then the Steelers imo.

all they do is year in and year out from time to time manage to find ways to draft well and replace players and consistenly draft well. No team in the league does it better then them.

they are shrewd evaluators of talent. they are competitve most years and im surprised they havent won a few more bowls.

That's one of the reasons I always thought Cowher was overrated.

They were shoving talent at him by the truckload.

I was reading the ESPN AFC West blog where it talked about Hali and his comments after the last game. I forget the blog writers name, he used to work in Denver so he slobbers their knob all the time.

Anyway, he said something about how Gailey not running the ball enough had gotten criticized by some of the media in KC before this game.

Maybe I am not seeing or hearing the right stuff, but I havent seen anyone but Ash at WPI consistently call out Gailey on that. He has written about it in at least 2 or 3 recent articles. I certainly havent seen the Star talking up that issue. Maybe they do on talk radio, but the ESPN guy isnt going to hear that, he isnt in KC.

Anyway, the ESPN blog guy probably reads WPI, this is the point I was trying to make.
