I agree that we should have done this last year but Clark gave them a chance and they failed.

But Clark has done what he said he was going to do so let's be patient and let him find the right people before we start bashing him.

2/3rds?NO-100% need to be gone-they all suck.

Clark said the new GM will help determine Herm's fate. I have a feeling we will have a new GM by the end of this week or earlier.

It wasn't Clark's rebuilding plan, it was Herm's, and Clark was giving him the time to make it work, it hasn't so now come the changes.

I meant two-thirds MINIMUM, but I'm OK with a full flush.

What is the point in NOT firing Herm immediately? Does Clark actually think he is going to find a credible GM who would actually favor KEEPING Herm?

if new england grants permission to one team then EVERY team has permission.

so if cleveland can talk to Pioli then so can we

acesn8s 12-29-2008 10:52 AM

I was really hoping that a news conference would be planned for today annoucing the new GM.

The Chiefs disappoint again.:crybaby:

FloridaMan88 12-29-2008 10:53 AM

Can we confirm if there are any "soccer commitments" that might entice Clark's soccer fetish and distract him from his "Chiefs Duty" this week???

I have no idea on why they haven't fired Herm but I am sure it will happen sooner than later

Exactly. Clark gave Herm time to rebuild. That was a bad decision.

Mr. Laz 12-29-2008 11:03 AM

Clark hasn't fired Herm because he wants that decision made by the new GM or at least have it appear to be made by the new GM.

keeps Clark's hands clean

Yeah, I don't understand that. No competent GM is going to keep Herm, and why make the new GM do the dirty work?
