While he doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt given his past, I still don't like to hear that he's being fired based on speculation from a couple of criminals under investigation. If there isn't even enough evidence for the police to actively investigate the case, they shouldn't be able to fire him for it, especially since it was already known to the NFL and the Cowboys before they hired him.
