This was the article we were all warned about that made some in the media all pissy. lol Pioli put a gag order on his friends, his old community, and all those who know and love him. To be honest he has his right not to share anything if he doesn't want to right now. We will know more about him in due time I'm sure. Just seems like a hardworking, All-American guy that doesn't want the limelight for himself, but for those around him. Probably goes for the Chiefs. His happiness and glory will come from the Chiefs winning!

I for one enjoyed it. It's nice to learn a little bit about where people come from if nothing else.

I anything, we know Pioli has some character. Unlike some other, former Chiefs GM I know of ...

What an incredibly boring and worthless article.
Once people decided not to open up to the writer, the Star should have had the common sense to scrap the idea. |
I thought it was a pretty good article with some vivid storytelling.

The guy probably had to come up with something, you just can't go to this town and put all the work in and come back and say "Oh well, I don't have a story." It's probably pretty good considering the amount of access he didn't get, and maybe that's the story, that Pioli's life is a secret.
I don't have a problem with it, but if time goes by and we don't start winning I think unfortunately the public view of Pioli will turn and people will probably start making fun of him for how private he is. |
