We just hired a new attorney who has this issue occasionally. I hope that his first trial doesn't go like this:

I didn't think a lipse was a speech impediment? I thought stuttering was. Maybe I'm wrong. I would think it would be easier to get over a lipse than stuttering, because stuttering is more of a psychological thing rather than a physical thing such as a lipse.
