No worries. The old folks can lump all their failures on Gen Y to make themselves feel better. We can handle it. We have dealt with your monumental divorce rates and your total dependence on big corporations that ended up ****ing you in the ass.

You are quick to point out that today’s college grads are receiving a nasty wake-up call, yet conveniently gloss over the fact that it is your generation’s fault. Sure, a lot of the more talented young people in America over the last several years left their undergraduate institutions and headed to well-paying jobs in New York and Washington. And yes, many of them were promised the world: a high paying salary with benefits for playing with monopoly money and making risky bets.

But it’s quite a stretch to say that these same 20-somethings were making the executive, greed-based decisions at investment banks and insurance companies that contributed to the financial crisis, sent unemployment rates soaring and brought on an era where college graduates are struggling to find unpaid internships, much less actual jobs.

Gen Y is creating more....small companies with better ideas. The entrepreneurial spirit of this generation is what is going to get us out of this shit sandwich.

I guess that obvious fact wasn't able to penetrate the 3:00 a.m. dope cloud. Of course, he's always been a ****ing idiot, so perhaps that wouldn't have mattered anyway.
