If you have a daughter within 15 years younger than your girlfriend's age, then you may be, clinically speaking, a sexual pervert wishing to re-establish a relationship with your daughter using your new girlfriend as a surrogate daughter. Very sick, indeed. Ask yourself "How would you introduce your daughter to your new girlfriend"? Or would you hide your relationship with the young lady out of shame and self disgust? Do you have a history of visiting strip joints featuring young looking strippers with pre-pubescent breast formation?

Uhh not sure why I would need to, as I've always been close with my daughters.

As my daughter, she is aware that I was/have been dating someone much younger than me. She's 18, and typically gives me crap about it, as in please make sure if I have a step-mom, she has to be at least 6 years older. :thumb:

I rest my case. Beware of the effect on your daughter who may seek older men in an attempt to emulate the behaviour of a father that I hope she respects and admires.

Eighteen is a vulnerable age for a young lady who has had a good relationship with her father and may someday seek a husband with traits resembling "dear old dad's". God forbid she shies away from erstwhile superior candidates for fear that her mate, like her father, will someday molest his children or grandchildren.
