I never thought Orton was a very good quarterback, but I always liked him. Poor bastard's certainly had a rough go of it lately.

Addition by subtraction?
Man the AFC West may set a new standard of suckage this year. If it weren't for the fact Denver and KC have to play each other twice they could both go 0-16. |
Wow that's gotta be painful. Too bad for him.

It's interesting how similar the Chiefs and Broncos games went this week in terms of injuries.

GET UP BITCH

Honestly, I thought Brandstater looked better than Orton did.

Yeah. I heard this on ESPN this morning. That's gotta hurt like a fother mucker.
I don't want players to get hurt and it would seriously suck if it damaged his throwing motion (through nerve or whatever). I feel sorry for the guy. Going from a fairly well run organization to the epic fail of Denver, living up to the last guy who happened to be supremely talented and put up monster numbers, having your BAMF WR quit and start punting balls. (ROFL still chuckle at that), have an ass for a HC and all the fans hate you. I hate Dungver with every fiber of my being, but I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Posted via Mobile Device |
Brandstater sucks he always "looked" the part at Fresno State, but when it came down to playing in a game he was a total idiot on the field. 0% chance of Brandstater being the next anybody, unless he can grow a new brain.

Orton is one tough son of a bitch/ Josh McDaniels

In related news, Knowshon could be back and ready to go in Cinci :)
Knowshon sighting by Mike Klis on August 30, 2009 Under the watchful eye of Broncos’ longtime trainer Steve “Greek”" Antonopulos, Broncos rookie running back Knowshon Moreno was testing his injured right knee prior to the preseason game here tonight against the Bears at Invesco Field at Mile High. Moreno, the Broncos’ No. 12 overall draft pick, suffered a strained MCL in his right knee while making his second carry in the preseason opener Aug. 14 at San Francisco. At Invesco tonight, Moreno was attached to a bungee cord that was secured around the base of the goal post near the south end zone. Working against the bungee resistence, Moreno went through a series of backpedals, crossovers and lateral moves. There’s a chance Moreno could practice this week on a limited basis with hopes he will be ready to play by the Broncos’ regular-season opener Sept. 13 at Cincinnati. |
