So is our offensive line, ... which might have something to do with everyone wanting to run LJ out of town on the next stagecoach.

Doesn't matter, LJ is of no use to us.

If our offensive line sucks, then we need a scat back...somebody who can make guys miss. LJ is not that guy.

I wish I had the time to run back through all the old LJ threads. At the time, I was tempted to stick it in my favorites and in hindsight, I should have. I recall you, Skip, touting LJ as the next Jim Brown.

We have a scat offensive line.

They shit all over themselves every down.

I was at the game today and there is literally nowhere to run. I was watching from the end zone in the upper deck, saw the plays develop and it is a cluster**** on the OL.

He has no chance. When he actually got holes last week he produced. This week there was NOTHING. Three yards and a cloud of dust was the best we could hope for.

This is largely true. Larry is still done, but this interior line is so mother****ing bad that only Barry Sanders could produce behind it.

Niswanger and Goff must be cut. They just aren't NFL players, in any shape or form.

You don't need to be at the game to see that. It's in bright, vivid, colorful HD at home.

When you're running for your life on every down, any one with half a brain can expect a QB to have a hard time hitting receivers. Cassel got hit so many time today, by Wednesday, he should resemble a 3 week old banana.

Cassel missed a couple throws but overall I was pretty impressed today. It's pretty clear he holds the ball too long because no one is ****ing open. He needs to work on that, though, IMO. It was a problem today.

The end of regulation told me everything I needed to know about Matt Cassel, though. Absolutely awesome. He was squeezing the ball into tight windows, especially on that throw to Wade.

so he's holding onto the ball to try and make plays? big ben does it and he's the greatest but cassel? maybe if the WRs would GET OPEN SOMETIME he could complete some more passes(not directed at you go chiefs)

oh and thanks GC

Well Mitch and Len said earleir today that the Chiefs had to get LJ going. "The offense goes through Larry Johnson." I think someone needs to get word to the booth that 2005 was four years ago. He is DUN!!

He's actually worse than useless. He's a detriment. He does more harm than good. His ridiculous 1 yard runs are hamstringing Cassel every ****ing series.
