Yeah, this. I tried that many times when I was little. The ball is too heavy for the bat and the bat counces backwards off the ball and the ball flies like 10 or 15 feet and kerplops.

That's some cool stuff too. To tell ya the truth I don't know why I'm still amazed when I see cool basketball shots anymore these days. I've seen all kinds of crazy youtube basketball trickshot videos shots but yet I'm still continually amazed by some of them.
The thing with those is that it might take those dudes 100 shots, they never replicate anything on film. Anyone can make a highlight video out of 500 tries and put it on YouTube...

No, not anyone. I couldn't make half of those if I tried a million times. I might actually get worse the more I try, because I might get frustrated and angry. Then it would be me just cussing and throwing the ball as far as I could, and nobody wants to see that.
