Remember: "You can't fight more with more." You can't fight eating more calories with more exercise, because at some point, you'll simply run out of time to exercise. It's far easier to eat more than it is to burn it off. The best thing is simply a target weekly reduction in calories.

Yes, the key to weightloss is to burn more calories than you take in. I didn't mean the key to my weightloss would be exercising. I meant that exercising would be key in actually helping me eat less. I don't want to feel like the effort put forth to exercise was in vain.
Other key factors, for me, will be...
No fast food
Watching the sodium intake
No soda (I did this for well over a year. Not sure what made me decide to start drinking it again)
Low fat (not "no" fat, as some fat is healthy)
