Run defense definitely needs to be the focus in the off season. We can't turn everything around in 1 year so that is where we should start. The best defenses are all stingy against the run, which makes their opponents offense one dimensional.

Sorry about spiking your blood pressure unless of course you have low blood pressure in which case that would be a good thing, but the run defense is the single most embarrassing thing about this season.
