Dec. 25th of 09 I was wearing 4XL shirts...some were snug. Today I bought three shirts and all of them were XXL and they fit nicely.

BITD I would wear a Large or XL but I was mostly overcompensating for being a stick... now that I am more fit an athletic cut Medium is my favorite.

It seems that way I have lost a lot of size in my shoulders and chest and I have to wear XL.

XL's are big when I'm standing up but when I sit down they are too small...why?

It seems like I have to step up to XXL now to find a shirt that fits my shoulders. The smaller cuts that they call "XL" now are laughable.

I got broad shoulders and shirts never fit me right. Not even jackets. When I was a young fit kid in high school at 160 I wore XL and some dress shirts 2XL. Now that I'm older and fatter for the gooder I still wear 2XL but now the tall lengths to compensate for my dunlop.

I've always been an XL guy. When I weight 180 I wore an XL. I ballooned to 240 and still wore XLs and now I'm 210 and still wear XL's
