Mecca was one of those people last year who thought that Denver made the biggest mistake ever in trading Cutler. He thought Denver would be picking in the top 5 and that Kyle Orton would be a disaster in Denver.

Well Mecca was wrong about that. Cutler never was any good, and more than likely never will be.

With that said, what Denver has done since the departure of Cutler has been ass.

Trading Cutler is still a huge mistake, just like drafting Moreno and Ayers and Alphonso Smith was ****ing stupid too...just like trading Brandon Marshall then drafting a WR who's upside is Marshall while he's 4 years from it...then drafting Tim **** Tebow.

Trading a first round pick for Alphonso Smith was stupid but the rest of those decisions weren't. In hindsight I would have taken Clay Mathews or Cushing over Robert Ayers at 18 but Ayers still has a long career ahead of him.

The Broncos were not comfortable giving Brandon Marshall the richest WR contract in NFL history. I don't blame them. I like the core Denver has now on offense with Tebow/Moreno/Thomas/Royal/Decker. That could be like the Colts with Manning/Edge/Harrison/Wayne/Stokely.
