Im guessing we only get FSN HD when there are games on and not just regular programming? And if so, how the hell do I record it if it just says Fox Midwest HD? I got Dish in March so I dont know how it really works.

IIRC, when you go to your guide, and advance the guide over to Saturday at 11:30 AM Central Time, the heading should change to say College Football. You then have to highlight the College Football, and it should tell you what game is on.

Where do you think I could get the Iowa game? I bought the Big 10 Network, but it says they are going to have the Penn State game on instead of the Iowa game....even though Iowa is 3 times closer than Happy Valley, PA.

The Big 10 network has (or at least used to) multiple channels on Dish.

There should be overflow channels so all games are televised, check your guide.

I'm looking forward to week 2 when I look for the lesser of two evils (Miami) to win.

Next week is going to be a bad week for you. :D Let's go Redhawks. Did you know they are 1-0 all time versus Florida? The top program from the SEC can't even beat a lowly MAC team. :D Yes, I'm kidding.

Yeah, I don't see any for Comcast unless they pop up on gameday.

The Iowa game starts at 9:05 in the frigging morning. Too early to start drinking. which means I'll have to start drinking Friday night and carry on through. When do you move your clocks ahead? That extra hour helps.

Too early? What? Florida game starts at 12. For noon games we usually leave at 6am to drive to Gainesville and start tailgaiting (drinking) at 8am.

Does anyone know if PPV charges more to watch the game in HD?

I say the chances of the "u" beating us, is the equivolent of an autistic kid playing pick-up sticks with their butt cheeks.
