A lot of posters here like what Brodie Croyle brings to the table when he can step onto the field. He very damn near beat Baltimore in Baltimore in Haley's first game as Chiefs coach. Since then he hasn't seen the field.
His most glaring problem is and always has been getting hurt. That's it. That hardly makes him a cornerstone of a franchise, but it doesn't have to. The kid simply has a better arm than Cassel. Cassel IS our QB because he does other things much better than Croyle.
Also, Croyle's 0-9 record can hardly be taken seriously considering the shitty teams he QBed. He's not Peyton Manning or Tom Brady (he certainly wasn't at the time when he was handed the keys to this team halfway through his 2nd year as a pro).
Oh, and I know this has been mentioned before but Cassel happens to be INJURED right now.
