I watched it, and have no idea what the hell is going on in it. They act like he's raiding charity funds and keeping them for himself in full view of a big crowd with nobody taking any physical action to stop him. To me it just looks like a guy picking up a bunch of cash that has been spilled on the ground, and for all I know he stood up after he was through and handed it over to some charitable cause. Otherwise I think the video would get "real" at the point he actually tries to walk off with cash.
