Regardless of how he was improperly used in the 4-3 by Herm, the switch helped him.

Tamba is one of my favorite Chiefs but I'd take Ware over him in a heartbeat. That's no knock on Tamba but Ware is a freak of nature and a future HOF. When our secondary was complete crap you'd see Tamba just miss getting sacks. Now that our secondary can cover longer Tamba is sack totals are going through the roof. The Cowgirls secondary is horrible but Ware is still a beast and gets his sacks regardless.

Is Ware held as often as Hali?

I would have to reserve judgment unless this factor can be taken into account. I have a feeling that Ware (being a Cowgirl and all) likely gets that call whereas Hali (being a Chief and all) likely will not.

Hali has 4 more QB hits than Ware, and I would guess he has more pressures/hurries too, though I can't seem to find that stat anywhere. Tamba Hali also has 17 tackles and 8 assists. Ware has 10 tackles and 2 assists.

i can't believe how good he's become...you only wish more players had that kind of almost sick drive to perform...
