Cassel is the only thing holding this team back. When he has a fire lit under his ass he performs but other than that he's out there to draw a paycheck. I like Haley and am sure he's really frustrated with the QB we have.

If he wants to play zone he needs to switch us back to a 4-3. You don't play zone in a 3-4...it's a blitzing defense.

I'm sure I have. I am just saying the majority of successfull 3-4's blitz a lot. Pittsburgh, NY Jets, the old Chiefs. The 3-4 is a pass defense by design and that means you have to bring pressure from anywhere and everywhere.
