This team probably wouldn't know a good QB if they fell ass backwards into it.

We don't see what goes on in practice or behind the closed doors of 1 Arrowhead Drive.

At this point you can't say it's because of contract or favoritism because both Palko and Stanzi were brought in under Pioli/Hali and neither make shit.

If they thought he gave them a better chance to win they would play him. For some reason they don't believe that. Stupidity? Maybe. Give it a week or 2 and see what happens with Palko.

Lots of people pined for Croyle until the SD game last year.

Ohhhh yes the idiots that pined for Croyle............

'Hamas' Jenkins 11-16-2011 09:35 PM

What makes you think these dumbasses know how to evaluate players properly? FFS, they once inactivated our best player for Dantrell Savage.*

*FTR, this post should not be construed as an endorsement of Stanzi, who I believe is Craig Krenzel.

I personally think Croyle would be the better option at this point.

At what point in the season did I post that?

Thanks for playing.

Early in 2010. Thus, making you one of the "idiots" who pined for Croyle.

Bugeater 11-16-2011 09:42 PM

To this day I would start Croyle over Kasl.

You know why? Because Casshole is a big fat phony.

The Iron Chief 11-16-2011 09:54 PM

You know the only thing I think of when I think of Croyle anymore is the pictures of his wife in the threads.

Oh yeah and he broke his dick in every game hes ever played.

no, it was urgent

Josh Looney said something unbelievably tardtastic in this article. The scary thing is he's one of the best sources of Chiefs news, so he may only be the messenger:

For now, there is no debate whether or not Stanzi should be the starting quarterback. That job belongs to Palko.

Palko earned the job in training camp and climbed an often times conscienceless mountain of practice squads and pink slips to gain this opportunity. Throwing Stanzi to the wolves in a Monday night road game would be conscienceless as well.

“I think Ricky is doing a terrific job, he’s getting better, he’s making progress,” Haley said. “But I think Tyler is clearly the next in line.”
He seems to almost be saying that Palko has the backup job because it's his turn. He uses the word "conscienceless"

BossChief 11-16-2011 09:58 PM

I would still start Croyle over Cassel too, you know why?

We would at least be able to move on once he got hurt.

With Cassel, that tough SOB KEEPS GETTING UP

TILL NOW

BWAHAHAHAHAHA

(I still think its funny that I changed my sig and woke up the next morning with confirmation that Cassel was indeed out for what looks like the remainder of the year.

Marcellus 11-16-2011 09:58 PM

I would rather see Stanzi than Palko but right now 1 game back they aren't going to give into a "lets see what the kid has" mentality.

2 or 3 losses and yea, it could/should happen.

He went in the 5th for a reason, the other starting rookies are all high draft picks. Dalton was high 2nd rounder and I am sure they didn't expect to be where they are now.

Thats what I thought when I read that earlier, too.
