I was at the playoff game last year, and didn't think it was nearly as loud as the Donx-Chiefs regular season game I went to as a kid in 2002. I guess I'm just having my doubts that Arrowhead's ever going to be as loud as it used to be.
Suppose I should worry about the team on the field, but I think we all have our doubts about that, too.

I remember that discussion about the Ravens playoff game the day after. People were saying it wasn't loud enough. Lots of fans have never experienced a January game at Arrowhead. It's not as loud because it's always cold, and you can't make as much noise in gloves, mittens and scarves as you can in 60-degree weather. Plus, the Chiefs laid an egg the entire second half of that playoff game. Hard to get loud when the team gives you nothing to cheer about. |
