Virtual Reality training to help players (especially draftees) adjust to the speed of the game... people talk all the time about "slowing down the game".. this is HARD SCIENCE that can actually do it without risking injury! It's only a matter of time before this becomes a major part of off-season training.

I could give it a try. I would:

1. Cut Matt Cassell and Tyler Palko
2. Trade Brandon Carr and a 1st round draft pick for 2013 in exchange for RG III.
3. Fire Bill Muir and hire Jimmie Johnson as the offensive coordinator.
4. Make Kyle Orton and Stanzi fight for backup position.
5. Have the defense blitz more.
6. Extend the contracts of Dwayne Bowe, Eric Berry, and Tamba Hali.
7. Make Jamaal Charles a franchise player.
8. Draft a huge, strong offensive lineman to line up next to the ball snapper.

I know how to manipulate the draft to get the best QBotf available. I've gone on many undefeated season with resulting in Super Bowl wins. I hardly ever lose. I demoralize kids playing against me & they throw there controlls down in defete by half time. I take no mercy or remorse. I take great pleasure in dismantling the raiders and bronkos making taking them out season after season.

im glad you would extend Tamba, he definitely deserves another on this year
