Any GM that wants to acquire Matt Cassel should be fired on the spot. That includes drafting him, or watching him suck for years in person and then trading for him to be your guy...

If anyone wanted Cassel, I think it would be a contender. Maybe the Jets or Cards? Someone like that. No crappy team is going to trade for him.

Hard to fathom a GM stupid enough to trade for Cassell. Just takes one however. After all, there was one GM stupid enough to sign him for 63 mil. America is great.

We will certainly try and trade him to someone dumber than Pioli-if that's even possible.

If not, he will be waived and we owe him nothing next year and a very small salary cap hit. We took the brunt of the SC hit on the front end

I definately think we could get something for him if we really try and trade him. The guy has had two winning seasons out of four. He has sucked worse than ever but back up QBs who have won that many games are rare. We could at least get a 7th.
