There's a genetic medical condition where a child is born with anatomy of both sexes. It is of no fault of the child's or the parents'. Often, the doctor will ask the parents which sex they wish to raise the child, and then the doctor will work with that choice to basically surgically reconstruct the child. Suppose the child is chosen male anatomy, but has otherwise female traits and dispositions. The sense of frustration and confusion would often be extreme.

Is that what happened here?

What if Reaper was? Should you ridicule him for that?

It should be annulled because he's a total asshole. It's obvious that he doesn't love his spouse. I would like to think that a rational, decent person who has been in love with someone for nearly 2 decades would not suddenly fall out of love with that person because of a thing in the past that has had zero bearing on the relationship.

A 19 year relationship based on deception?

It's called humor, you self righteous moron.

And besides that, where was the ridicule?

He should have figured it out the first time she pitched.

Not according to the headline. The condition you're referring to is actually MUCH more common than most people realize. Most of the time, I've heard the doctor just does it, and the parents never even know.

That doesn't seem right.

From what I have read, an admittedly limited amount, one set of organs is often much more defined than the other.

He wasn't ridiculed, rendering your stupid question moot.

That's what I'd heard, as well. The deferral is probably always to whichever set of organs is more defined.
