Basically Pederson does most of the grunt work in game planning for Reid but in the end Reid will call the plays as many expected.

Basically imo grooming him slowly. Promote from QB coach to OC but only half way in duties. Maybe in time Reid will turn things over to Pederson when he proves to be ready with the full deal. If we do indeed have Childress around, he will be there to help groom and gameplan as well.

I think in year 2 Doug will call the plays.

I would rather him cut his teeth calling plays next year when we are probably just average then learning when we are ready to be good.

Old habits are hard to kill. Reid has been around the block for quite awhile, he just gets use to being in control.
