These guys need to stop asking Reid and Dorsey questions about the Chiefs. The ONLY thing they will get is "we'll have to sit down and take a look sometime between now and the apocalypse."

Just talk about football. Just ask generic football questions. Get them talking about the game - not their team, not their strategy - just the game of football. I guarantee you will get more information out of "Why do you think some guys bust?" than "who are you drafting #1?!"

If you get them talking, they will reveal attitudes, thoughts, opinions that they would never explicitly express when asked for them directly.

I want a QB and the thought of drafting a LT drives me wild. I have watched Joeckel's vids numerous time and did so critically, but I have to admit he is VERY GOOD! He really doesn't have any glaring weakness and my biggest knock on him is that he could get a little stronger... that is something that can be easily fixed. The kid is a tremendous prospect but again he sadly doesn't play QB!

Interviewing is a lost art. The age of microwave information has led most interviewer's to be just short of sounding reeruned.

He'll play that card for awhile, then he will make other excuses.

A gm is just not going to give out certain information.

What drives me nuts is that it'd be a lateral move as our reward for this horrible season.

True that is the part that bugs me. Sure Joeckel is a great player but it isn't a position I feel we should be filling... just tag or re-sign Albert IMO!
