I have to ask. How does one get arrested and sentenced for this when celebrities constantly talk about doing it with no repercussions? I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that Charlie Sheen uses drugs based on his past statements.

Crazy how he was a part of those two legendary draft classes of the Cowboys in the early 90's. Even though he didn't stick around with the Cowboys very long.
