Really surprised at how well they've pulled off turning Watson and Moriarty into women. Good show. Check out BBC's Sherlock.
|
Finally got around to watching the end of the season. Great ending. I'm really glad they didn't drag out the Moriarty thing until the beginning of next season. Happy with where the show is going.
|
And it's back.
|
Congrats Sorter on the shout out to Loki's progeny Jormungandr on the most recent episode.
|
Why didn't anyone tell me this show was so freaking good?

Thanks! I'll check it out.

We really like it too. My whole family watches.
The BBC's Sherlock stuff is really great also, and if you haven't seen it, you should. There have been two "seasons" so far, and they're working on a third. The "seasons" are weird, though -- it's basically 3 or 4 1.5 hour episodes, no commercials. Not at all what we're used to. It stars Benedict Cumberbatch who played Khan in the recent Star Trek movie and Smaug (and the Necromancer, I believe) in the Peter Jackson Hobbit movies, as Holmes and Martin Freeman (Bilbo, in the PJ Hobbit movies) as Watson. Excellent acting and just a really great show. |
I should note that the BBC series is much closer to the books. Mycroft is with the British government, Watson is (as an ultimate testament to history repeating itself) a former military doctor with experience serving in the Afghanistan, etc. etc.

And have no objection to Lucy Liu's legs. No really... |
Sherlock is back on PBS january 19th. Earlier on BBC of course. I'm a huge fan of it.
I've also really enjoyed Elementary this season, and where they've gone with the characters. |
I think I might like elementary more because Watson isn't irrelevant and Sherlock isn't as much of a total dick. Sherlock is still fantastic, though.
