I didn't see anything that suggested it had to do with looks. It sounded like the issue was a bathing suit that revealed too much. Specifically, the bottom part.

Since the problem that was cited was that the bottums to her bikini were "to revealing" I would say that part of the problem would have to be that she was not setting with her legs crossed as in the picture provided by artunis. She was probably showing off her roast beef hoping to get her salad tossed.

They also asked her to put on a shirt to hide her fun bags. Something doesn't seem right, considering what you see everyday at public pools. In one of the videos she was standing up in her bottoms and they appeared pretty modest as modern day bikinis go, almost retro. Now she is obviously spilling out of her top.
