At this moment, I don't think we have 4500 yards worth of targets on this team. Gannon's yards went through his WR's and RB. Ours will go through Bowe, TE and RB. I don't see Fasano going for 1000 yards, which would most certainly need to happen for Smith to sniff 4500 yards.

Also, Smith is too risk adverse to take enough chances to put up big yards. I don't see that changing.

Exactly. Gannon put up huge numbers with his mobility and brains in a WCO. Not saying Alex Smith will, but I think Andy Reid thinks he can.
