Oh FFS just drop it. The Redskins I can see its pretty derogatory. Indians is a reference and tribute to the fighting spirit within the native Americans.

JFC. These people are making me ashamed to be native american. Let it go. Move on. Worry about the state of our people and why 95% are either uneducated or are substance abusers and not about the name of a sports team. FFS.

I'm part Indian, although i've never really worry/identified with any of my lineage. I'm a mutt, like most Americans. I would think a priority would be placed on life or death issues of a race.

Maybe they think a lack of racial pride is leading to other problems though.
