What is Yost's rationale for batting Gordon so low? He's your best hitter.

gordo had been struggling? besides yost can be mind-boggling at times.

Gordon's been struggling most of September.

Is he just not on a run of horrible luck? He has his highest LD rate of the year in September by far, so it seems like when he's hitting the ball he's centering it. His BABIP is also 50 points lower than its been in any other month. His K-rate is up, which would explain some of the troubles, but not enough to justify dropping him.

SEX

He just uncharacteristically swinging at bad pitches lately. I been noticing that opponents are bringing in lefty relievers to face him more often than I used to. So yeah, he has been struggling pretty badly in September.

Thankfully his defense hasn't suffered, outside of that one gaffe against the Tigers at the K.

If the Royals play at Anaheim I'm going. I just realized I lost my Royals hat. They should have one for sale at the stadium right?

This has been the funnest season I can remember, was too young to enjoy the 80's.
