It's gonna take a while for change to happen, Raiders Purged the team and it shows, Raiders have bright spots to build around and they will get better but they desperately need another good draft with gems that can start immediately.

Raiders will have to trade down to get a team that can compete again...

They need an established coach to come in and change the culture.

I DEFINITELY hate the Colts more, now. Used to be the Raiders, setting firmly in that #2 spot.

That will happen, Early on I never would have thought Jon Gruden would want to come back but I am reading from reputable sources he is interested... Of course he will be allotted way more control than before, I don't even know if the game has passed him by but we will see in the off season.

I expect Jon Gruden will take over this franchise very soon after the last game is played this year.

Oh it was a funny as hell name and fit perfectly with my screen name, I laughed my ass off when I saw it, pretty brilliant actually.

I am a HUGE fan of my team but I am also a realist .. It's very hard to hurt my feelings talking down my team, I love the rivalry and the Raider hate. I want you guys to hate us again, thats when I know we can resume kicking your asses. We got nothing right now, I watch Kahlil Mack as much as the screen allows, better watch that kid, he don't have any sacks yet but they double team and chip him constantly and he still gets to the back for a loss...

Kid is gonna be special

He has moments of being nice - he was much nicer starting out - at least to me.

Been a fan every since... Actually had to get a paper back then to find out if they had won on Monday...

they also used to dominate on MNF and I remember them coming back from 35-0 at the half to beat the Saints

I have been hooked every since..
