Corn and rice Chex, pretzels (sticks or round), garlic bagel chips, peanuts, cashews. The wife makes the seasoning so I'm not totally sure what all is in there, though butter, cayenne and W sauce are part of it.
All gluten free, of course (thanks General Mills) |
I had some a while back that were tossed with olive oil and cayenne pepper. It might have been baked after that. It was fantastic. I'm a freak about spicy food.

My wife makes bushel baskets full of this stuff before Christmas. I'm not sure what all she put in it, but I do know it has: Pretzels, chex (wheat, rice, corn), cheerios, mixed nuts, Lea & Perrins (can't spell worsheshshchetshire) and butter.

In the oven, not the microwave, you heathens

Cinnamon Life instead of Chex

My wife always eats chex mix and she is skinny as hell. I eat broccili and I am fat :(

Same for me. My wife eats like a Hobbit. We'll do breakfast and I'll have two eggs and wheat toast, she'll have pancakes, biscuits, eggs, hash browns, and bacon. |
I guess it could be the amount of calories I eat. I don't know I just know is not far because my wife will eat eggs cheese bacon and I will eat broccli and white race and I weight 304 pounds.
