They hooked me up when I went there (LS location) a couple weeks ago to buy a giftcard for my stepfather for xmas. Their systems weren't accepting gift card transactions (i guess the card's strips weren't processing correctly), so they said they had to call corporate and asked if I had about 20 or so mins to wait. I was in the area shopping and wasn't in any hurry so I decided to wait. They couldn't get the cards to process but in the meantime they gave me a small sandwich and pop for free just for waiting. Nice manager. She called me once they started working and I came back and picked it up.

Obviously she didn't have to offer the free lunch, but it's small gestures like that, that make the person want to come back. It's almost a 20min drive from where I live and I easily could have just said **** the card and got something else after getting the free lunch.

I ways thought they were average to fairly shitty here.

I'm liking these Nirvana guys. It's different, but I like it.
