The Pro Bowl is for the accumulation of accolades for RB's, pass-rushers and fatties, so that Chiefs fans and fans of other garbage-heap franchises can claim they actually did something in life.

This is the first time he has skipped the pro-bowl in a season where he didn't make the Super Bowl or wasn't healthy enough...

He's embarrassed, and he rightfully should be. He's a mother****ing loser that should probably never show his face on a football field again.

He should stick to making "witty" commercials that double as shiny objects for Hootie to chase after while spit-bubbling with reeruned glee.

The perennial choke artist, and this is the first year you think he is embarrassed?

Hog's Gone Fishin 01-18-2015 12:00 PM

Crap, this means they'll soon be getting top 5 draft picks every year.

Healthy for what?

My guess is he's coming back next year.

Yeah I think he is too. A 70% Manning is still better than the other AFC West QBs sadly.

Then there are those who wonder otherwise:

@MileHighReport: Per @RapSheet, some NFL GMs wonder if John Elway is building a team engineered for Peyton not returning #Broncos http://t.co/sdaQ4dHayz

No. He wants him back.

Dumb headline is dumb

He had already "decided" to stay on as OC at Baltimore.....then the magic happened and suddenly he "forgot" how much he loves Baltimore and how much "more" he loves Denver.

I'm sure that he will take Denver down the same road that he took Houston. Oh wait. After he screws up a season - Elway will decide that he then "hates" the "Kubes" more than he loves him.

Honestly, I look for Manning to hang it up.

The embarrassment has climaxed. He can no longer look at himself in the mirror much less face a squad of talented, Pro Bowl players. His Pro Bowl "performance"( choke )would be the cherry on top of the dog shit sundae that IS is career.

Buck 01-18-2015 01:24 PM

I'm ok with this.

Stewie 01-18-2015 01:26 PM

I'll take the job, too, if offered.

I would rather be their GM so I could trade the Chiefs 10 first round picks for Frank zombo

So we have come full circle. Elway is now running the Broncos and making underhanded deals to get a quarterback from the 1983 draft class to reject Baltimore.

He's working to break Favres record of throwing clutch interceptions in the postseason.
