I'm still selling stuff but the weeks in the office have me ready to eat the Glock. He also informed us that we can not have a beer on the road, even if we buy it ourselves "because it's evil." :eek: There Is one rep that has a huge account with a major US beer manufacturer and he told him that he had to cut the account off because he didn't want to sell product to "an evil industry." I mean what in the hell?

The whore story above is not even the tip of the iceberg.

I took an in house gig this year. Hopefully will make double what you told me good salesman make outside of my industry this year, If you remember that convo. Just getting started. I'll believe it when I see it. I saw their production last year though, and numbers don't lie.

Oh yeah things are breaking loose and I have enough experience dealing with energy industry sales so I'm not worried about it. I just need to get the hell out of preacherville soon one way or the other. No good can come from sticking around much longer. Like I said, this guy is a complete nut job.

Yeah He has lost 4 of his 8 reps in the last 6 weeks and in his mind it's all on them he has totally lost it. I had a "come to Jesus" with him today about it and the guy is in total denial. He is a very unique individual who won't be in business this time next year and I refuse to go down with the ship.
