You can find them if you have a Polynesian grocer or maybe an authentic hawaiian food place near by, but they are hard to find. You can get em shipped though

Well, I would surmise that if you can buy it at Walmart, it's probably not very good.

Most of the common brands are heavily processed. There might be some better stuff at Sprouts.

I tried it once. I had to hold my nose to drink it. I did feel pretty damn good though

It's very good for you. I prefer fresh out of a coconut. I've tried the packaged kind and do not care for taste. Not my favorite drink even out of coconut either but that is more palatable.

I just have to climb a tree down here to get me some.
