Don't have crawl spaces. Just basements. I don't live at the homes except one. Don't know how old OP is, but it's a common living arrangement for single males 22-39 years old. I get some Cerner professionals and lots of young professionals looking for a temporary living arrangement to save up for a house. Lots of single professional females have live in homes with roommate scenarios too, I just find it easier for people to co-exist with each other among the same sexes.

That's called "Gay." It's cool though, it's legal.

Having a roommate is gay?

Alrighty then.

Every college aged and young professional not living on their own must be gay then.

Horrible tipper, has others pay mortgages on his future rental income, and makes a profit by renting out rooms. **** it, you're pretty smart. Just ****ing tip once in a God damned while. Christ.

haha I DO tip. I just hate doing it. I usually tip 15-20%, I just HATE it and regret it after doing it every time.
