You think the Chiefs problems are easily fixable with a personnel change?

I don't think you can fix EVERYTHING but if you go from 50% chance of winning to 65% it's worth a shot

How do you explain to your boss you wasted an 18m signing bonus on the worst QB in the league.

Better than explaining to your boss that you spent the 18m on the worst QB in the league and stuck with him till the end. At some point you have to admit your mistake and move on or accept that you are losing your job.

We lose the next two games.

On the return home from London, the Chiefs plane vanishes in the Bermuda triangle.

Hoping for a 1-15 or 2-14. Tired of this shitshow. There will be no positive turnaround with Smith n caoching staff. It seems no one in the Chiefs organization knows what happened between pre-season, the Texans game and now. The Bears game at home is all the evidence anyone needs to see this era needs to burnoff.

Maybe, but I just don't think Clark is going to fire Reid after this season. I also have more faith in Dorsey to address the QB situation in the draft than any GM in KC's recent past.

Meh - I think if we play Murray we could finish with 4-5 wins and build for the future of figure out if we need to draft another QB

I mostly agree- I don't think Clark fires Reid after the season if he stick with Smith, but I think he will be on a much shorter leash if the next season goes bad. OTOH if he plays Daniel/Murray and we finish with 4-5 wins I think Clark gives him a longer leash to play with next year.

NFL coaches have 50/50 chance of being fired after London

Since both the lions and chiefs will Probably have the same record there is a good chance Cladwell or Reid will no longer be coaching a team on the way back :)

You think Reid keeps his job at 1-15 that's a hard sell for any coach

I'd like to see what Murray could do. That would be interesting. Hopefully he'll call audibles on all on Big Angies BS plays.

Like I said, IF we lose to the Vikings - there will be a major need for a personnel shakeup - the biggest one would be to bench Alex.

You may be right. The hesitation is that once Smith is pulled it opens up a whole can of worms. He has to be confident the next man in can lead the team and if he doesn't then Reid is in a huge bind.
