I came up with the following chart that would explain how much it would cost. The funds could be used by Austinchief for server maintenance/upgrades - maybe purchase some new software for the website or start other websites for the Chiefs. The chart is pretty simple to use I'll use myself as an example - If I wanted to ban myself I would have to pay $85 (15+ years with under 15K posts). Each poster would only be allowed one ban per month and they do not accumulate, if you don't use it you lose it.

I think the monetary amounts would keep everyone from getting crazy - you would really have to want to pay to have someone banned.
