I love me an old school Chiefs vs. Raiders match up.

Hate the Raiders, but football is at it's best when the Raiders and Chiefs are battling for division supremacy.

Absolutely!

Larry can choke on a bag of dicks after he gets sodomized by a gorilla.

Not even close.

On November 1, 1970, the Kansas City Chiefs led the Raiders 17–14 late in the fourth quarter, and a long run for a first-down by Chiefs quarterback Len Dawson apparently sealed victory for the Chiefs in the final minute when Dawson, as he lay on the ground, was speared by Davidson, who dove into Dawson with his helmet, provoking Chiefs’ receiver Otis Taylor to attack Davidson. After a bench-clearing brawl, offsetting penalties were called, nullifying the first down under the rules in effect at that time. The Chiefs were obliged to punt, and the Raiders tied the game on a George Blanda field goal with eight seconds to play. Davidson's play not only cost the Chiefs a win, but Oakland won the AFC West with a season record of 8–4–2, while Kansas City finished 7–5–2 and out of the playoffs.[4][5] After the season, the NFL changed its rules regarding personal fouls, separating them from ones called during the play, and ones called after the play

Agree! It is always a big game against the Faders. Plus it is at Arrowhead and you will have a jail full of clowns dressed in black and silver running their mouths.

This is a big game!

Marty is right - they represent evil. Sweep the Raiders every year is the goal, everything else is incidental.

Did not know the personal foul rule was changed partially, if not all because of that incident.

As for the raiders....yeah kill them each and every time.

:D

Ironically, I became friends with Phil Villapiano back in the late 80's and we've remained in touch over all these years, betting a 6 pack of Heineken on each game. I think he owes me a keg by now. He's been to my home when I lived in NJ and I was at his home.

He introduced me to a bunch of NFL players and I got to tell Ben Davidson to his face that he was the reason I hate the Raiders when he speared Lenny Dawson. He laughed and was a pretty scary guy, standing over a foot taller than me with a deep intimidating voice.

I also had drinks with Otis Sistrunk, who drank Wild Turkey, and Dave Casper who drank beers. At the same bar with Phil and I were Conrad Dobler and Sean Landetta. Conrad Dobler's hand were liked a mangled mess.
