Gonna be funny when people in St. Louis start rooting for the Broncos because it's just easier to root for a winner.

They were talking about this on the radio yesterday. Petro and Co. seemed to think it won't be as easy as it seems to nab the St. Louis fans. They brought up the fact of how Clark Hunt was one of the owners that approved the move of the Rams to LA and how that might piss some St. Louis folks off, viewing him as a vulture to swoop in and pick up the scraps.

With Mark Sanchez as your starting QB? Lol, hold that thought, champ...

Maybe. Since most Donks fans were more fans if Elway and Manning than Dungver fans. Why not add some more bandwagonees to that crappy fanbase?

St. Louis will be a longer term goal. Where it really helps is Mid-Missouri and Springfield, fairly solid for the Chiefs already now it will be full on Chiefs.

If the Chiefs were smart politically playing a preseason game there every 3 years would do wonders when they need help from the politicians.

The league golden boy is out...you are done

Haven't read thread yet, but not as "small market" as they used to be. No negatives here for the Chiefs. A better team for the St. Louis fans to follow.

The only creativity the majority of NFL franchise owners have shown is how to hide their finances.

Well said, good post.

There's not a person with a clue outside of Denver that believes the Broncos are going to be better than the Chiefs in the near future, but ok?

Get it all out while you can. Going to be a longggg year for you guys. I suspect most of your wont even be around by mid season.

Why the **** would people in St. Louis root for a team that's 10+ hours away when the Chiefs, Colts, and Bears are all less than 6? Shit, the Saints are 9 hours away, too.

NFL's dead to me, though. The NFL/Kroenke ****ed over STL in order to "right a wrong" to make money. And the NHL even showed they gave a shit about St. Louis by Bettman flat out saying he hoped it would help heal civic pride.

Though I certainly can't understand what you're going through, I'll be interested to see if you still feel that way once we hit October/November. No more baseball, NHL season is slow, and the itch to get into the NFL routine starts to hit...

I've had little to no interest in the NFL since mid January. I watched the Seahawks-Vikings game and the SB. Didn't watch any draft coverage.

Gonna do my best to keep watch as little NFL as possible. No fantasy either.

How do you think that lifelong fans in Los Angeles felt about the Rams moving after being in the city for the first 31 years, then in Anaheim the following 14 years?

St. Louis has never been a good football city, which goes back to the Cardinals.
