We would be better off losing out, missing the playoffs, firing Reid, and getting rid of Smith.
This team has weapons. We just need people that can utilize them. |

There was no pass rush today. Houston looked slow and plodding and I didn't notice Ford on the field until late.
Marriotta is bad but he was able to pick apart the weak secondary late and his WR's made catches they were dropping earlier. Reid is afraid to open up his O when he is up 7. This game should have been put away early and then late when they had a chance alex's poor downfield accuracy hurt him with the INT in the endzone. Tenn took away the outside and LOS throws today and forced alex to go downfield. He hit Macklin on one play for a chunk of yardage but that was more Macklin adjusting and making a play and Tenn having bad CB's but when alex needed to step into a throw and hit a tight window in the endzone he made a bad throw. Then without a pass rush a bad Marriotta was able to make enough throws to put them into FG range. |

Never ever will you have a disappointing end to a season. Reid will Reid and that will result in zero heartbreak. He's a comfortable good BBQ and tailgate coach. |

I would take Bryce Petty over Alex Smith. At least Petty has upside. |

Yep, I was thinking this same thing. It's successfully won us a couple games this year, but this time it came back to bite us.
Shitty run game and shaky Alex doesn't help, but it's pretty obvious our play calling goes into a shell any time we get up by 10+ points. |
