The level of dumb on CP is just too much sometimes.

KC has been the type of team that rebounds well...that and they have something tangible to play for. I'd imagine this loss...stemming from sheer stupidity, has got their collective attention.
Meanwhile...Denver's locker room is divided. There's trouble in paradise....looks like Talib is the instigator. No big surprise there...it's what he does. Ward's body slam on NE says it all...they are done. Donkos offense has scored 13 points in the past two weeks...with the season on the line. |

4-1 odds... thats ****ing genius considering there are only four teams in each division. :D |

This is a game the Chiefs should win so that means they will probably look like shit and find a way to lose.

Even though yesterday's debacle stings like a mother, reading the meltdowns and delusions over at the mange are really brightening up my morning. They are over there calculating the chaos equation it would take for that laugher of a team to limp into the playoffs for a national embarrassment. They just put up 3 points, at home, in December, against their most hated rival, with the playoffs on the line and multiple posters are all "you never know what can happen when a team gets into the dance". They are also just assuming the Donks win out at KC and against OAK in these delusional scenarios which may be the most hilarious part, even if they did pull that off they need a 2010 Chiefs 10-6 miracle. The hope some still have over there is amazing. I love that their PR/KR (Norwood, shoved by Talib for muffing a punt) has 4 fumbles in the last 4 games and Kubes trotted him out there again and again last night. That team is coming to blows with each other, they have probably the worst RTs in football, zero and I mean zero running game, Kubes has lost the fanbase and possibly the players already, yet "never know what can happen" remains.
From the Mange: "1. Never waste a chance to catch fire in the playoffs. Even if it's unlikely. Baltimore parlayed a 4th and like 34 season saving play plus Raheem into a WC. 2. Crazy EVERY other game we needed to go our way this week the opposite happened." Lol, "catch fire" point #2 is also indicative of the typical Donk fan mindset, yeah not the Donk's fault for putting up 3 at home in a must have game, it's all the other teams not coming through. Also nice to see some draft threads in December over there instead of here for once. |
The "Catch Fire" thing is 100% correct.

If not the greatest defense of all time, then a solid #2, lone anomaly 2005 Pittsburgh Steelers. ... Big Ben 2007 New York Giants. ... Eli and a D-line that became Gods in the postseason 2010 Green Bay Packers. Rodgers 2016 Donks: Semengulper, terrible OL, terrible run game, terrible special teams, publicly divided locker room, no longer an elite D, not a "team" but a bunch of hired guns with garbage character (Ward, Talib, and all the other cheap head hunting players). In theory yeah, reality no. Steelers or virtually anyone in the NFC could win this year from a WC spot but the Donks don't have a prayer. |
Two broke dick offenses
We win 6-3 |
I think you left a few out there when it comes to catching fire. The term isn't exclusive to wildcard teams.
|
Super Bowl wild card winners google search only gives the above and 1980 Raiders which I didn't feel was relevant to the 2016 playoffs.
|
I am flying in for this and after yesterday's loss, the excitement is gone.
|
Beating them again would be nice but useless. This team is a lucky 10 win team with an offense that is garbage being led by a bum at QB.
