As far as I'm aware, when figuring out the CAP HIT, you have to include the signing bonus, which is generally stretched out over the length of the contract. So we'd essentially be adding an additional $3+ million per season ($20m divided by 6 years) to the $13m salary. |

The $78 million includes the bonus. It's $58 million in salary + $20 million signing bonus. You're double counting the signing bonus - no contracts are ever announced like that. |
