Can't wait till both T spots suck with all that money tied up in the interior

LMAO

After the Howard cut Raiders at 13 million under this year and 18 million next year- They'll rollover about 10 million into next year leaving Oakland at damn near 30 million under- plenty of room for Mack- then the following year Oakland will be sitting at 50 million under, plent of room to sign Cooper

Penn is making 7 million- He's a FA after this year.. he wants an extension, he wants another 2-3 years, he said its not about the money- he just wants a chance to win a SB with the Raiders before he retires in 3 years

staylor26 07-28-2017 12:51 PM

Newhouse is a "good pass protector"? ROFL

Miller, Houston, and Bosa will destroy that guy or Alexander

TigeRRUppeRRcut 07-28-2017 12:52 PM

I'd love to see what that offense looks like without the #1 O-line

Penn's on a one-year deal and looking for a long-term contract. If the Raiders want to give him one, they will. If they don't, he'll be gone after this season. All fairly straigthforward.

Now, combine that with their ability to fine his ass $30,000 per day and suddenly he doesn't really seem to have them by the nesmonds anymore, now does he?

The Raiders can do what they want to do here. They can decide they weren't going to bring him back in '18 anyway so their relationship with him doesn't matter and fine the shit out of him. Or they can go ahead and give him the long-term deal they were going to have to give him next season anyway (the only distinction being a bit of frontloading).

Much ado about nothing. He's not going to miss any games; dude's too old to do that shit and if he gets hurt because he jaked camp, any chance at a serious payday at 35 yrs old next season will vanish. He'll rattle his saber a bit but if the Raiders tell him to **** off and play, he'll play. They'll waive the fines and time will march on.

I'm just hoping his age and some time missed will result in a dropoff.

That would probably cost the Riaders the division with the AFCW pass rushes.

Penn is a very serviceable LT. The Raiders will extend him and keep him for a few more years. He missed his first game of his career vs the broncos in week 17. That is what got Mcgloin killed and knocked out of the game.

He'll get paid...watch. Carr is a $25 mil QB....and the team is terrible without him. They cant go into the season without a LT...I hope they try it though. AFCW pass-rushers will have fun...

Carr has one of the fastest releases in the NFL- Raiders are a good solid OL- but a big reason why Carr wasn't sacked much was because of how fast he let go of the ball-

Penns making 7 million- he's in that 8-12 ranking range for LT's.. those guys currently are making 10 million... With Austin cut it just freed up another 6.5 million- I could see a new deal- 2 years 18 million....

How many teams you think will study what KC does to him in the offseason? He turns into a frog whenever he sees us. :D

Carr broken finger, rain, Chiefs with gimmick plays-

It's gonna be a whole lot different this year-

staylor26 07-28-2017 01:53 PM

Raiders fans using their shitty HC's shitty excuses

"Gimmick plays" ROFL

Was Carr's finger broken the other 5 times he did jack shit against us?

Pretty sure that finger was fine the week before too.
