Those of us non homers could totally see the Chefs Chiefing this game away today. Frescoes of the world we’re counting their chips at the table.

It'd be one thing if we were actually a good dominate team. But we aren't.

NOTHING is a gimme when you can't run, barely pass, can't stop the run, and can't stop the pass

But...but...but...'gimmies' ROFL

The KC print/digital media is just as bad...the softball questions they lob Andy week after week are pathetic....

Exactly .

How he can’t see it blows my mind.

I’d love for someone in attendance to ask, after Andy give his bullshit “we gotta do better. That’s on me”. To ask something like “you say that each but coach, what are you specifically doing to ‘do better’”. Or are you just giving a canned response because you can’t, or won’t, answer”?

But we’ll get the typical midwestern, aw shucks, “coach, it seemed like the offense was sputtering.....is that because of of flying to NY on n a Friday”?

I'm going to love hearing them channel their innermost, yet silent, "we're lucky k to have a team" mindset by providing dick-sucking analysis to downplay how bad the coaching and management (and ownership) is. From injuries to bad luck, all will find a way to give them a pass, or tap-out with an, "it is what it is" comment. Anything but ride fat-Andy's butt for the shit show they have become.

Again, they think speaking calmly, asking easy questions, and accepting clearly bullshit answers means they know more than us.

Remember when people cheered FOR divisional opponents against New England and Pittsburgh because of seeding? If they had won those games we'd be in 2nd place in the West

New England saving this season from disaster by pummeling Oakland

Said it better than I did. Exactly.

KC is the best place to go as a coach. Make piles of money, and never get held to same stands are as cities with with teams.
KC is Cleveland lite in terms of football prestige.

This is 100000% true. For a loser, Hunt is the best owner in the world because he accepts failure from his employees for a very profitable long time, and really only cares about building his soccer empire.

I would love to have an owner like Kraft or Jones, neither of them accept failure for long, especially Kraft. All they have to do is hire a like-minded GM, and together they hire a like-minded head coach, then the winning just happens. The GM makes sure the office and non-game-playing people do great jobs in their supporting role(s) to the Sunday playing staff, and the head coach makes sure the Sunday players give until they're dead.

Our guys do get lots of injuries, but then everything falls apart from there.

You only need to remain competitive (.500ish or better) during the regular season to keep attendance at good levels. Anything beyond that is a bonus and not expected.

Reid even was allowed help oust the GM and install his guy essentially making him GM, HC and OC. Not a bad gig.

GloryDayz 11-19-2017 06:20 PM

Yeah, I may have to tune in tomorrow to hear the slurping and/or "it is what it is" dismissals.

GloryDayz 11-19-2017 08:25 PM

Does anybody have a link to Andy's post-game presser?

As the Chargers sneak up and eventually will win in arrowhead the way we are playing now.

Chargers may beat us but they'll lose a lot of other games

GloryDayz 11-19-2017 10:30 PM

This won't play for me, but Andy says "we didn't play well enough."
