that is better than what Williams did. At least he would have slowed him down and help could have gotten there. What is our secondary without him? Huh?

Marcus Peters was one of the only players to actually show up in our playoff game. And had some damn nice tackles too.

Honestly it kind of looked like a Marcus Peters tackle.

Exactly

The problem wasn't the guy's tackling. The problem was that the guy went for the kill shot instead of wrapping up and tackling or playing the ball. So yeah, that's something Peters probably wouldn't have done, at least not in the kind of embarrassing fashion.

Whether the guy made the tackle or not doesn't make too big a difference. They still woulda been in FG range and Diggs would've landed out of bounds to stop the clock.

Yep. It was awful D regardless of that whiff.

Whether to tackle or not is always a "business decision" for Peters. I want him to come up and tackle no matter what, like Eric Berry does.

I don't agree that it was a given that he would have stepped out of bounds. An even average tackle stops him in bounds and runs the clock.

This. Williams just takes an absolutely awful angle on the play

Agree. There was a fair amount of green in between. Diggs probably gets tackled in bounds, and clock runs out.

Doesn't really mean he needs to be bagging on other DB's tackling abilities though.

Ron Parker can STFU too.

Bob Fescoe tweeted at him "how was that 18 point lead" then deleted it a min later

I'll take a player who's sometimes too emotional and lets them get the best of him than a flat team that just gets rolled over...

I wasn't aware these are the only 2 options.

Nor do I understand how it relates to my comment.
